Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable. Additionally, we do not accept products that are hazardous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or sanitary goods.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Please don’t return your purchase to the merchant.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item once it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Missing or delayed refunds
Check your bank account once more first if you haven’t received a refund yet.
Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it might take some time for your refund to appear on your account.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.
We will send the gift giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

The cost of your own shipping for returning your item is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you live.
When shipping an item costing more than $20, you should think about getting shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. Our promise that we’ll get your returned item is not a promise.
